As a member of the Network & Revenue Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the capacity of CMA CGM AIR CARGO's various flights - including those operated by partners or other airlines within the CMA CGM Group. Your role also involves maintaining booking accuracy and coordinating with Operations with the end objective to help maximize the revenues.

RESPONSABILITIES

Flight Capacity Control is tasked with optimizing both requested and booked cargo within the maximum anticipated physical and profiled capacities of CCAC network flights. The Flight Capacity Analyst position operates during standard business hours on weekdays and may occasionally include scheduled weekend duty shifts according to established planning.

1.Physical Capacity optimization and load factor

• Manage booking requests by email or directly in the Cargo Management System.
• Modify allotted capacity for each flight and date as needed.
• Ensure all bookings comply with requirements in the Cargo Management System.
• Respond to ad-hoc rate requests from sales via email or quotation system.
• Confirm booking requests once the rate is valid and mutually agreed upon.
• Monitor the status of booking records and prepare flights ahead of the handover to operations.

2.Flight Preparation and Flight Planning

• Release the flight handover to operations and warehouse agents.
• Conduct post-departure analysis and handle rebooking or repairs.
• Identify obstacles to flight optimization and suggest solutions.

3.Interfaces

• Frequent contact with Sales, Sales Operations, Warehouse Agent, IT, and Network.

4.Flight performance

• Track the flight booking curve and act proactively within the booking window.
• Analyze flight performance metrics including load factor, release quality, capacity, repair results, and booking consistency.

5.System

• Manage flight capacity queues and resolve any related issues.
• Assist with improvement initiatives for the Cargo Management System.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• BTS, Bachelor's or Master's in international trade or logistics
• 2+ years' experience with cargo processes preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office and data analytics expertise
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
