Warehousing Manager M - F H/F AGL Group

-Bachelor's degree in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
-5-8 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a remote or project based environment.
-Experience in the oil & gas industry is required.
-Knowledge of QHSE procedures.
-Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control best practices.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent).
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding operational timelines.
-High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
-Customer service-oriented mindset.
-Proficiency in English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
-Familiarity with B/B rotational regime (4 weeks on duty followed by 4 weeks off duty).
