Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Industrial and Digital System Engineer - A350 FAL (m/f) to join our A350 FAL based in Toulouse.

You will join the FAL to define and secure the implementation of the best industrial system (production lines, tooling, digital tools, new technologies, etc.) for the introduction of new products and the ramp-up of the A350 program. To achieve this, you will have innovative and unprecedented tools within Airbus at your disposal.

Your challenges:

• Managing a multidisciplinary project team (MFT, subcontracting) and managing an operational budget exceeding €500k.

• Driving specific processes for the A350F/ULR programs and managing the FAL ramp-up.

• Participating in the deployment of cutting-edge solutions (AI, Virtual/Augmented Reality) with a focus on the use of augmented reality in production.

• Acting as the focal point to define the digital roadmap, managing stakeholders (Quality, Production), and resolving major blocking points.

• Evaluating current systems, defining costs/lead times for new solutions, and anticipating industrial risks.

Your boarding pass:

• Background in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautics, or Innovation.

• Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in a Plant or FAL environment, with initial experience in coordination or team management.

• Advanced mastery of Manufacturing Engineering processes (FU.IN, FU.PD, FU.D) and FAL digital tools (PSE and Standards).

• Leadership, excellent written and oral communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to lead large-scale innovation projects.

• Advanced level of French and English.
