Operational Excellence
Ensure compliance of funds dealing procedures with fund documentation (including Prospectus/Offering Documents, Servicing Agreements and Operating Memorandums)
Prepare & check internal and external reports to management, clients (Fund Manager, Distributor) and investors/distributors (e.g. client reporting, KPI reporting, etc)
Follow up outstanding documents for KYC & subscription payments on the Fund's account
Translation of key information in KYC Document from Mandarin to English under client's indemnity letter
Provide high quality and professional client service to ensure CACEIS Investor & Treasury Services Values are well maintained
Relationship and Communication
Maintain efficient communication channels with managers, coordinators and team members
Timely resolution/escalation of inter-departmental and cross functional queries
Ensure collaborative relationship across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries including onshore business partners when required for the daily operations
Works closely with manager of department to achieve department and organization goals
