• Experience: Proven experience in leading Medical Affairs activities at an international level, including medical strategy development, scientific engagement, and crossfunctional collaboration. Background in clinical research or medical oversight is strongly valued.
• Skills: Excellent strategic and scientific communication abilities, strong leadership, and the capacity to influence internal and external stakeholders. Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, medical compliance, and industry standards.
• Education: Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
