Project Manager To Shipping Cio H/F CMA CGM

MISSION

Temporary mission (4 months from Mid April/May to september). The project manager to the Shipping CIO acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, supporting decisionmaking, driving execution of key initiatives, and ensuring highquality executive communication across the shipping IT organization and the CMA CGM Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Steering and executive communications

• Prepare executive presentations, reporting, slides for COMEX, dashboards and strategic notes to the chairman about IT Shipping, including gathering information from all IT Shipping departments
• Draft talking points and messaging for the CIO's speaking engagements
• Ensure consistency and quality of internal and external messages related to CIO Communication
• Prepare and organize materials for internal and external meetings in line with strategic priorities

2. CIO Support

• Ensure driving and follow up of multiple & important projects at CIO level (keep the pace)
• Prepare (content, alignment...) meeting between CIO and others group VP

• Structure a clear executive calendar and simultaneously coordinate multiple crossfunctional workstreams and deliverables

• Organize and lead team management routines (weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings, progress reviews, etc.)

3. External relations & ecosystem

• Participate in preparing trips and meetings with local footprint, in particular IT teams worldwide
• Work cross-functionally with different departments to mobilize the right resources and key data to move projects forward
• Manage certain interactions with strategic technology partners, actions follow up, escalation....

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• Top academics is a must have
• Minimum of 5 years experience within an international and challenging environment dealing with strategic projects, ideally in a consulting or strategy firm
• Excellent level of delivery and top quality (chairman level)
• A real problem solver and troubleshooter
• Extremely organized and flexible through shifting priorities
• An excellent communicator with the ability to work at all levels of the organization
• Fluency in French and English must be impeccable
