Oip & Services Finance Leader H/F Nemera

Position and Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent (MBA preferred).
• Around 8+ years of experience in Finance, ideally in an international, matrixed or multisite environment.
• Proven experience in finance business partnering, consolidation and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Fluent English required; ability to operate confidently in a global context.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%).

Preferred Knowledge / Skills

• Strong business and financial acumen with a project and profitabilitydriven mindset.
• Solid experience with SAP, BFC, Power BI and advanced financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• High level of autonomy, initiative and ability to navigate complex, fastmoving environments.
• Collaborative leadership style aligned with a performance and peoplecentric culture.
