Ingénieur Maintenance Senior H/F ABYSS ENERGY

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specializing in maintenance strategy development, CMMS implementation, and reliability optimization.

Proven ability to coordinate maintenance services, develop technical documentation, and ensure compliance with international standards and quality requirements. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on maximizing plant uptime and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Review EPSCC technical documentation, including CMMS data, P&IDs, PFDs, maintenance plans, and spare parts lists

• Support the Engineering Team in developing the Functional Location hierarchy

• Define maintenance philosophy and develop maintenance plans and schedules in coordination with Operations and Maintenance teams, in line with international standards and quality requirements

• Prepare and deliver key maintenance documentation, including:

  • Preventive Maintenance Plans and Programs

  • On-Condition Monitoring Plans

  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals

  • Lubrication Plans

• Develop maintenance procedures and deliverables in compliance with technical specifications and safety requirements, with a focus on maximizing plant availability

• Collect, review, and update spare parts data from suppliers

• Prepare and issue spare parts recommendations

• Implement and maintain the client's CMMS system

Competencies:

• Language: Fluent in English

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in maintenance services coordination within the Oil & Gas industry

• Software: Proficiency in MS Office tools (mandatory)
