Main activities and responsibilities:
A. Integration of newlyacquiredbrands
Coordinate with relevant functions tofacilitatethe successful integration of the brand to PR BU
Work with BU to track progress of integration ofacquiredbrands and/or companies
Facilitate Founders access to PR ecosystem and leaders
Ensure Shareholder Agreement compliance and MCO's feedback are passed to Founders
Coordinate Business Plan inputs fromMarketCosduring acquisition, as well as, ifrequired, forrenegotiation for existing deals
Distribution model & brand ambition alignment
Conduct an annual review of the distribution model for each brandineachMarketCo.
Recommend the right routetomarketto ensure business plan achievement: PRMarketCoor Alternative RTM.
If distribution is done by PRMarketCo, align with Head of Portfolio Growth andMarketCoson
business ambitions
Support the definition of commercial targets, A&Pexpectationsand key capabilitiesrequiredto grow the brand.
Monitoring growth trajectory
ReviewwithMCOthebusiness plans and performance for Founders Brands.
Lead discussions with MCOs toidentifyrisks and opportunitiesby brand.
Prepare mitigation plans when performance deviates from the plan.
Act as the main contact point for Foundersfor business development.
CoordinatebusinessreviewswithSovereign Brands.
Provide clear visibility on integration status, commercialperformanceand key issues.
Required experience and skills:
Education:
AMaster's degree in business,finance, ora relatedfield isrequired.
Experience:
A minimum of7years of experience in distribution management, strategic initiatives, contract negotiation,financial performancemanagement,or business development is essential.
Capabilities:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proven project management capabilities
Ability to build andmaintainstakeholder relationships
Financial acumen to interpret andleveragecontract data
