Apprenticeship - Category Manager Assistant - Active Beauty Specialties Argenteuil Fr 95100 H/F Givaudan

Within the Givaudan Active Beauty Marketing team, in the Specialties, Visuals & Botanicals segment, you will actively contribute to ongoing projects and help maintain and update key tools and data supporting portfolio development. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to combine science, marketing, and strategy within the exciting world of cosmetics.

Main Responsibilities:

Marketing tools and market analysis
- Review and update marketing materials dedicated to the Specialties segment (presentations, product sheets, sales tools, etc.).
- Conduct market and competitive analyses and monitoring.
- Perform portfolio analyses (gap analysis).

Technical support and innovation
- Support the Visuals Development Laboratory in sourcing raw materials that meet new regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the documentation and follow-up of technical projects related to product innovation.

Contribution to customer projects
- Provide support to commercial and technical teams on customer projects.
- Participate in the creation of arguments and presentations that highlight our solutions.

Profile:

- Master's student in Chemistry or a scientific field, with a strong interest in marketing, strategy, and business.
- Passionate about the world of beauty, the cosmetics industry, and its innovation challenges.
- Strong analytical and IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Proactive, autonomous, curious, and eager to learn.
- Rigorous, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.
- Enjoy solving problems, persevere when faced with challenges, and can manage projects in a structured way.
