Les missions du poste
The Global Sales Strategy and Operation team is responsible for supporting Sales Leadership and Operational teams in achieving organizational objectives and driving continuous improvements in field productivity. We own and deliver run the business operational cadences, build new mechanisms to support organizational growth and scale, and drive organizational initiatives.
AWS is looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst to join our team to support Enterprise France Sales extended organization This role combines hands-on analytics with operational excellence, where you'll use data analysis and modeling to support Sales Leaders and their teams. You'll play a key role in maintaining business health and driving data-informed decisions across the region. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to analyze complex datasets from multiple sources. You'll be instrumental in delivering reports and conducting specialized business analyses that directly impact our decision-making processes.
You should have experience in analytical thought leadership for a sales organization, supporting the development of analytical insights, strategic initiatives, process development and planning and resource planning. You should be passionate about developing insights, setting high standards while providing information that enables dynamic and informed decision-making for your business partners. You should have excellent business acumen and data manipulation skills, and be able to work with AWS business leaders to define and answer key business questions, then work backwards to deliver meaningful insights to streamline the decision-making process. Your deep analytic skills, strong business judgement, and focus on our core operational inputs will make you a critical partner to sales and sales operations leaders as you help them prioritize initiatives, identify gaps in process and performance, and remove barriers to execution. You should be excited about working with data, be driven to dive deep, and passionate about collaborating with Sales teams and Sales Leadership, BI/Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and EMEA-wide Sales Strategy & Operations teams.

What you will do:
- Support in the development of strategies initiatives and implementation processes to help customers on their cloud adoption journey.
- Partner closely with France Sales segment leadership and EMEA Sales Operations teams to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them.
- Support strategic initiatives from the analytical standpoint
- Develop, Maintain and Execute key executive performance reporting consumed by the France leadership
- Develop processes and scalable mechanisms to benefit both AWS France and potentially the wider EMEA organization
- Act as the Annual planning Subject Matter Expert and Pipeline Management (SME) and own and drive year-end planning cycle for the Area (Customer Segmentation, Territory formation, Target deployment in close relationship with France and Europe South GSO Area lead and Sales Segment leadership.

Le profil recherché
- Fluent in French and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience in GenAI tools- 5/7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
