Global Business Process Excellence Specialist H/F CMA CGM

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a former pricer, you have a good pricing expertise within the group. In addition, you can gather the various pricing practices amongst all business units (sales, pricers, ops) and all carriers. This includes quantitative analysis based on data and qualitative workshops through interviews. You can moderate sessions through multi modes: conf call, amphi. Based on date collected, you will have to propose recommendations in terms of tool, organization and process (target operating models). You can propose relevant visuals and reporting that would then be developed by technical team. This is based on your own expertise and enriched by other business expert's feedback. You are eager to discover and understand pricing innovation to enhance your proposals (user friendly tool, price assistance through analytics).

More specifically, you will be in charge of support of

• Defined key processes (DDSM, VAS...) that may involve throughout the mission
• Support testing new release with functionality related to your perimeter of activity
• Incident in PROD testing management
• Coordination with relevant stakeholders (users, other department...) on your perimeter of activity
• Post delivery Hypercare
• Animation and coordination of the transformation expert network

PROFIL ET COMPETENCIES

• Graduate experience (university, high level school)
• You already have a pricer experience in the group
• You are creative, innovative and very curious
• Skills in excel and project management would be an added value

Excellent communication skills and fluent English are required for this position, as well as autonomy and proactive approach
