Les missions du poste
Construction of a hyperscale Data Center, delivered within a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) framework.
The Construction Manager will act as the PMC senior representative on site, responsible for overseeing construction activities from IFC design review to Facility Ready and project closeout.
The role requires coordination of civil, structural, architectural, MEP and commissioning activities, as well as management of multiple subcontractors and project interfaces in an international construction environment.
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate engineering, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure schedule compliance.
- Manage interfaces between subcontractors and technical packages.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in design reviews and technical issue resolution.
- Communicate with client representatives and project stakeholders.
- Lead handover preparation and operational readiness activities

Le profil recherché
Master's degree or Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

- Quality, risk and HSE management
- Site logistics and construction execution
- Client communication and reporting
Languages:
- Fluent English required
