Graphic Designer H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

Manpower is looking for a Graphic Designer (M/F/X) for a prestigious European institution based in Luxembourg for a duration of 3 months with a possibility of extension.

You will join a dynamic communications team and play a key role in developing impactful visual content that supports the organisation's communication strategy across multiple channels.

Your missions

- Create engaging visual designs for digital and print communication materials (social media, website, newsletters, publications, presentations, and events).
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets from scratch aligned with communication objectives.
- Contribute to the evolution and modernisation of the organisation's visual identity, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.
- Design infographics, charts and other visual elements to make complex topics accessible and engaging.
- Manage and update digital assets, including images, videos and templates.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand communication needs and deliver high-quality visual solutions.
Your profile
- Advanced degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design for communication purposes, ideally within an international or institutional environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects) is considered an advantage.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear and visually appealing content.
- Knowledge of web design would be considered an asset.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
