Job Description:
🚀 From Catenon, we are collaborating with Contemporary Star Energy (CSE), a joint venture driven by Stellantis and CATL, focused on the development and supply of advanced energy solutions, particularly in the field of batteries and electrification. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-impact industrial project at the forefront of the energy transition.
⚡ Your role:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in installing, commissioning, and optimizing highly automated manufacturing equipment within a state-of-the-art gigafactory environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead electrical installation, commissioning, and standardization of production equipment
Optimize PLC programs and electrical systems to enhance performance and reliability
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues across production equipment, logistics lines, AGVs, and automated systems
Provide technical support for major equipment breakdowns and critical interventions
Perform root cause analysis of failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans
Prepare SOPs, WI, and OPL documentation, and deliver technical training to maintenance and operations teams
Define spare parts strategies and ensure proper implementation
Lead continuous improvement and equipment optimization initiatives
Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs for assigned production lines
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
+5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong PLC programming skills (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Keyence or similar)
Experience with automated logistics systems, industrial communication protocols, and electrical schematics
Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic industrial environments
High level of English
Availability to work on-site in Zaragoza
