RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communication, Influence & Events

• 
  

  Follow through Communication, Influence and Events strategy of the brand

  
  

• 
  

  Participate in creation & delivery of media kits and PR/Influence guidelines

  
  

• 
  

  Support & coordinate the organization of global press/influencer events

  
  

• 
  

  Use both qualitative and quantitative insights to select influencers for brand collaborations

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate & coordinate with other internal and external stakeholders on cross functional projects and deadlines (marketing briefs, follow-up of translations and proofreading, etc).

  
  

• 
  

  Stay ahead of industry trends and bring first-to-market social media/events/influence initiatives to the brand.

  
  

Content production

• 
  

  Participate in the creation of engaging content for the brand and our events.

  
  

• 
  

  Keep an eye on emerging platforms and evolutions in the digital landscape.

  
  

• 
  

  Conduct benchmarks that compare brands' social media content to the current best practices.

  
  

Reporting & Analysis

• 
  

  Monitor, compile, and deliver PR clippings, influence performance and events reports

  
  

• 
  

  Research, capture and compile complex data to prepare presentation materials, spreadsheets and customized reports

  
  

YOU ARE A COTY FIT:

• 
  

  A strong knowledge of Communications, PR, or Advertisement or relevant fields of study

  
  

• 
  

  In bachelor, gap year or master phase

  
  

• 
  

  Previous internship/work experience in Communication or Influence would be a distinct advantage but not essential

  
  

• 
  

  Inherent interest in beauty, fragrance, and luxury industry

  
  

• 
  

  Digital savvy & tech friendly

  
  

• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

  
  

• 
  

  Proactive, highly motivated to learn, organized and detail-oriented

  Fluent in French & English
