TRADE MARKETING ASSISTANT
PRESTIGE BRANDS // FRAGRANCE AND MAKEUP

The Trade Marketing Assistant internship at Coty offers unique multi-category exposure.

You will work across fragrances, fine fragrances and makeup within our iconic Prestige brands. You will thrive in a diverse, international environment with a passionate and supportive team that values ambition and good energy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Trade Marketing Assistant, your main focus is to ensure operational excellence and execution.

You will support the Trade Marketing team for our Prestige brands in implementing long-term global/local marketing strategies across the 4Ps and all retail channels, driving portfolio growth and market share expansion.

Based in Paris HQ, you will collaborate closely with worldwide market teams to ensure flawless execution of global strategies and launches, acting as the Voice TO and OF the markets.

Your main focus will be the following:

1 / Support global trade activities

• 
  

  Assist the Global Trade Marketing Manager in daily coordination with key markets.

  
  

• 
  

  Consolidate and track key files (Trade plans, OCD file, commercial readiness, ...)

  
  

• 
  

  Coordinate post-launch analysis and feedback collection from markets.

  
  

• 
  

  Participate in top markets' weekly calls and share market insights.

  
  

• 
  

  Support markets with operational trade requests.

  
  

• 
  

  Contribute to global visibility of best practices and local initiatives.

  
  

2 / Collaborate cross-functionally

• 
  

  Liaise with internal teams (Business development, Product Marketing, 360 team, Gifting).

  
  

• 
  

  Ensure brand consistency across all retail channels.

  
  

• 
  

  Maintain smooth communication between global and local teams.

  
  

3 / Develop market & category knowledge

• 
  

  Gather market intelligence on category trends, innovations, and competitors.

  Run ad-hoc Trade Marketing analyses and translate findings into actionable insights.

  Support the monitoring of regional and market performance.
