Job Description: Rattaché au Chef d'équipe, vous réglez les différentes problématiques en étant l'intermédiaire entre le centre, les conducteurs et les clients. Il réalise l'ensemble de ses missions conformément aux modes opératoires, démarches Qualité et Valeurs de l'entreprise. Les missions principales : La manipulation des données La planification La gestion des colis Les expéditions L'audit, l'inventaire, Gestion des problématiques client Résoudre et chercher des solutions pour les colis non livrables Assurer les différentes tâches de reporting liées à votre activité COMPÉTENCES ATTENDUES Formation Transport/Logistique Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel) et des systèmes internes. Aisance relationnelle Capacité d'écoute Bon contact clients. Organisation Autonomie Goût du travail en équipe Dynamique / Polyvalent.
