Reporting to the FBL Repair Director (FBL Service Division), the Spare Parts Maintenance Manager oversees the spare parts management activity for KONE products in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. He/She leads the Spare Parts Maintenance Coordinators, ensures parts availability, optimizes logistics flows, and monitors the economic and operational performance of the function.
Based at the Kontich agency, your responsibilities will be structured around three main areas:
Team Management :
- You supervise, support, and develop the skills of the Spare Parts Maintenance Coordinators;
- You organize the team's activities based on operational priorities and field emergencies;
- You lead followup routines (meetings, reporting, stock audits);
- You promote best practices and continuous improvement.
Spare Parts Operations Management :
- You define and implement the local spare parts management strategy in line with performance objectives;
- You monitor availability, responsiveness, quality, and cost indicators;
- You ensure compliance with ordering, storage, and traceability processes;
- You coordinate with logistics, procurement, and technical support teams.
Optimization and Improvement :
- You identify stock optimization levers (vehicles, warehouses, urgent orders);
- You implement corrective actions following audits or reported anomalies;
- You contribute to circular economy initiatives by promoting reusable parts;
- You take part in the development of tools and processes in alignment with the Group.
Profile :
You have strong technical knowledge of the products and he/she is able to provide precise expertise on their daily functioning.
You have an indepth understanding of spare parts and suppliers, enabling you to optimize the availability, quality, and relevance of the components used.
Comfortable with office tools and ERP systems, you are proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, essential for rigorous activity tracking.
You are capable of managing and leading an operational team, ensuring high levels of performance, safety, and service quality.
Organized, reactive, and solutionoriented, you can prioritize, solve issues quickly, and support teams in meeting objectives.
