Manager Méthode d'Installation Off-Shore - Offshore Installation Method Manag H/F B-Hive

Context : It's a gas project, 100% offshore, on a team about 25 persons, for a starting job in July,

Main responsibilities :

- Coordination of Method Engineering team and operation team
- Global interface in between methods and operations
- Define Installation philosophy and operation methodologies and sequence in direct liaison with the Offshore Operation Manager of the project, considering the project scope of Work,
- Define list of deliverables and the schedule of preparation / submission based on the project Schedule
- Responsible of methodologies issuance as per listing of deliverables and schedule. In compliance with safety requirement,
- Management of the installation engineering team and preparation time frame to be in compliance with the allocated budget price,
- Coordination with Engineering team for IA design and methods verification
- Coordination with procurement team for IA listing and order follow up

Main knowledge:

- General technical knowledge of offshore/ marine works
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of physical phenomena related to work at sea
- Understanding of equipment used for offshore work
- Knowledge of offshore work procedures
- Knowledge of safety rules
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
- MS Project Competency
- Autocad
- Orcaflex use
- Methods drilling / piling/ heavy lift.
