Context

Bel Belgium is seeking a Logistic & Customer Service Assistant to strengthen the supply chain and customer service team.

Main Responsibilities :

- Order to Invoice: you are the first contact for the customer order units and ensure that customer orders and requests are carried out with quality.
- Physical flows to and from the local warehouse: you monitor the incoming flows in the local warehouse and provides the logistics service provider (LSP) with the information necessary to organize the transport to the customers. You also ensure that stocks are synchronized with the LSP.
- Co-packing: You manage the co-pack planning, aligns and shares with the LSP. Generate co-pack orders and provides them to the LSP.
- Logistics claims: You manage customers' logistics claims in collaboration with LSP.
- Local product and customer database: You manage the product and customer databases and ensures that they are complete and correct.

Main Missions :

- Manage and execute the end-to-end order-to-invoice process
- Act as the main contact for customer orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication
- Coordinate all physical flows to and from the local warehouse
- Oversee co-packing activities and guarantee their smooth execution
- Handle logistics claims and collaborate with logistics service providers (LSPs) to resolve issues
- Maintain and update accurate product and customer databases
- Analyze stock levels and optimize shipments
- Ensure regular communication with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service levels
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as order accuracy, timely closings, claims management, and customer service rates

Profile

- Degree in logistics, supply chain, or customer service is a plus
- You have a first relevant international work experience, ideally in FMCG
- You are Fluent in English and/or Dutch, and/or French (spoken and written)
- You have advanced skills in MS Excel and SAP
- You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit
