Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Communication & Partnerships intern, starting July 2026.

General Requirements :

- You will work within the hotel's communications department, helping to create/write press relations materials: press releases, press kits, information monitoring (press reviews).

- You will ensure that press files, monthly reports to be sent to headquarters, and communications tools are kept up to date.

- You will help organize visits by journalists and influencers: organizing visits and stays, accompanying journalists, choosing photo shoots, managing and coordinating collaboration requests (influencers), as well as organizing film shoots and photo shoots.

- You will assist in the organization and smooth running of events during the hotel's various highlights throughout the year.

Profile:

- Excellent writing skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Fluency in English

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Proven internship experience in communications or marketing

- Communications/business school
