What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate international and domes c shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations
- Track deliveries and maintain up-to-date records in our logis cs system
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Support inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs déclarations
- Assist with logistics-related customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Le profil recherché
Who You Are:
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field (wine or luxury goods experience a plus)
- Strong a en on to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Oce and logistics so ware (ERP/WMS experience a plus)
- Passion for wine and knowledge of global wine regions a bonus
