Les missions du poste
Key Responsibilities:
- Being the face of the brand on court and within clubs and at events
- Understanding of sales and needs for padel clubs and retailers
- Building relationships and engagement with all stakeholders within the business
- Management of accounts with follow-ups, reorders, stock planning
- Revenue growth: hitting sales targets, opening new accounts
- On-court activations for launch events, demo days
- Execution of events such as tournaments, leagues, exhibitions
Le profil recherché
Passionate about padel, you have a strong understanding of its ecosystem and ideally practice it in competition and/or in a coaching/teaching capacity.
You are proficient with marketing and IT tools to create, manage, and optimize campaigns, while ensuring rigorous KPI tracking.
Highly organized, you communicate with impact both in writing and verbally, and you know how to prioritize effectively.
Self-driven and proactive, you feel comfortable engaging with diverse profiles and developing partnerships.
Finally, you are able to speak in public with conviction and professionalism, and proficiency in French is an additional asset.
The position is based in London, requires regular travel, and is available immediately.

We are looking for a driven and outgoing Padel Brand Activation and Sales Officer to grow our brand presence and sales within the padel community. This role combines commercial sales responsibility with on-court activations and events, making it ideal for someone passionate about padel and comfortable building relationships on and off the court.
You will be the face of the brand at clubs, tournaments, and events, helping players experience our products while driving new business opportunities.
