What will you do:

- Lead complex electromechanical testing initiatives, focusing on cutting-edge technologies and comprehensive test scenarios
- Develop and document detailed test procedures, generate comprehensive reports, and maintain crucial technical documentation
- Participate in test planning and equipment modification while conducting in-depth analysis of test results
- Make critical pass/fail decisions on test results and provide technical validation approvals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing methodologies and improve product quality
