Ingénieur Projet HSE H/F ABYSS ENERGY

We are seeking an experienced Project HSE Engineer to support and ensure the effective implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
The role involves performing assigned services autonomously under the supervision of the Project/Line Manager, while maintaining close coordination with multidisciplinary teams. The Project HSE Engineer will ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, company standards, and international offshore requirements, contributing to safe and environmentally responsible project execution.

Mission:

- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to national and international offshore regulations.
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 environmental management standards.
- Prepare HSE documentation, reports, and performance indicators.
- Participate in risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Interface with project teams, contractors, and management to promote HSE culture and best practices.
- Provide HSE guidance and support to field and offshore personnel.

Training :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related discipline.
- Formal training in Occupational Health & Safety Management.
- Certified or trained in ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
- Training in risk assessment methodologies (HAZID, HAZOP, Job Safety Analysis, etc.).
- Offshore safety training, including valid BOSIET (OPITO approved).
- Emergency response and first aid training (MFC or equivalent).
- Continuous professional development in national and international offshore HSE regulations.

Technical Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in written communication and email correspondence.
- Strong command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels (management, professional staff, and field employees).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues, facilitate decision-making, and ensure effective information flow.
- Good knowledge of ISO 14001 standards.
- Familiarity with national and international regulations governing offshore activities.
