Directeur d'Agence Transport H/F BOVIS

We are seeking an International Subsidiary Manager capable of independently assuming full responsibility for the management of the Dutch entity.

Unlike branch managers in France, who rely on the Group's head office for support functions, this role involves broader responsibilities, including:

- General management of the subsidiary
- Business development
- Budgetary and financial responsibility
- Human resources management
- Local legal and tax matters
- Regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities

Subsidiary Leadership and Structuring

- Ensure operational continuity following the acquisition
- Stabilize and structure the organization
- Oversee medical equipment transport and storage operations
- Maintain a trusted relationship with the main client

Business Development

- Diversify the client portfolio
- Develop medical logistics activities with new customers
- Identify opportunities in other sectors (Energy, Industry, High-Tech, etc.)
- Define and implement a growth strategy

Financial Management

- Full responsibility for the profit and loss account (P&L)
- Budget preparation
- Implementation of performance indicators
- Margin monitoring and financial risk control
- Regular reporting to Group Management

Management and Organization

- Lead and develop the local team
- Recruit when necessary
- Manage HR matters under Dutch employment law
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
