Business Process Analyst & Camunda Lead M - F H/F Groupe Adenes

ADENES, an international group specialized in post-claims expertise, is accelerating the industrialization and orchestration of its business processes through a modern orchestration platform.

As part of this strategic transformation, we are hiring a Business Process Analyst & Camunda Lead (M/F) to design, structure, and scale our enterprise-wide process orchestration platform.

You will act as both a senior business process expert and technical lead, playing a key role in:

- Analyzing and structuring complex business processes,

- Designing executable workflows,

- Leading Camunda architecture and governance,

- Driving the adoption of a modern process-driven mindset across IT and business teams.

Camunda certification is highly appreciated for this role.

Main Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Design

- Lead process discovery workshops with business stakeholders.

- Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes.

- Model complex workflows using BPMN 2.0.

- Design decision logic using DMN.

- Define process KPIs and ensure performance monitoring.

Camunda Platform Leadership

- Define and maintain the orchestration architecture (clusters, workers, connectors, monitoring).

- Deploy and configure Camunda 8.

- Establish modeling standards and governance practices.

- Ensure scalability, performance, resilience, and maintainability.

Technical Integration & Execution

- Transform business requirements into robust executable workflows.

- Integrate Camunda within the application ecosystem.

- Lead incident analysis and continuous improvement of workflow execution.

Leadership & Evangelization

- Act as the internal reference for process orchestration and automation.

- Mentor developers and analysts on BPMN / DMN best practices.

- Promote a process-driven culture across the organization.

- Contribute to the digital transformation and product strategy.
