As a Senior EM, you don't just manage processes; you breathe life into these principles:

Your Role: Senior Engineering Manager

You manage two teams.

Your mandate is built around three strategic pillars:

1. Frame: Embody & Align

- Culture & Values: You champion our values-Trust, Care, Simplicity. You create an environment of high psychological safety where "experimentation and failing fast" are viewed as essential learning tools.

- 12-18 Month Vision: You translate global strategy into clear trajectories for the two teams.

2. Delivery: Performance & Innovation

- Flow Architect: You optimize the system to deliver "Securely, Continuously, Reliably." You harmonize Lean/Agile practices to ensure that velocity remains our competitive advantage (Ship Fast).

- Strategic Arbitrage: You balance product vision with technical excellence. You know exactly when to invest time (innovation/tech debt) to secure the product's future.

3. People: Developing Leaders

- Coaching Leaders: You don't manage executors; you develop autonomous leaders. Your success is defined by a team that performs without you and leads who, in turn, mentor the next generation of talent.

- Senior HR Framework: You drive career cycles with discernment, acting as a mentor to your peers on complex management dilemmas.

Your Profile

- Senior EM Experience: Proven track record in managing multiple teams within a complex SaaS environment.

- "Architect" Mindset: You know how to structure teams and improve organizational design to maximize collective impact and reduce friction.

- Technical & Business Expertise: You understand the stack (Python/Pandas, MongoDB, AWS, Vue.js) and can link every technical choice to concrete customer value.

- Writing Culture: You are convinced that documenting technical choices is the key to transparent, long-term alignment.

- Hybrid Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead remote/on-site teams by mastering rituals and asynchronous collaboration tools.
- Language skills : You are fluent in French and English.

Technical Environment

- Back: Python (Flask, Pandas)

- Front: Vue.js, TypeScript (Vite, Jest, Storybook)

- Database: MongoDB, Redis, InfluxDB

- Service Bus: RabbitMQ

- Hosting: AWS (EC2, Fargate/Docker)

- Automated Deployment: CI/CD (multiple deployments per day)

- DevOps: Terraform, Ansible

- Version Management: Git
