Programme Manager Individual Contributor - Expert Alixan Fr 26300 H/F Ingenico

Scope

This role is based in Valence right next to Valence Gare TGV, which makes it easily accessible by train (36 minutes from Lyon Part-Dieu...) !

We have a 2 days per week remote policy.

As part of our ongoing development, we are looking for an R&D Project Manager whose main mission will be to oversee the unattended terminals product line, ensuring product development and maintenance.

Under the supervision of the R&D Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing current products, as well as developing new product ranges.

Main responsibilities

- Initiate, organize, and manage the project by conducting analysis work, coordinating with the various stakeholders, and ensuring the proper execution of the development plan.

- Monitor products by providing support to production and identifying new component sources.

- Prepare technical specifications by contributing to the design of solutions and their architecture.

- Ensure the product's evolution by adding new features while maintaining regulatory compliance (CE/PCI/EMV).

- Coordinate the actions of the various internal and/or external contributors to ensure successful project execution while controlling cost, quality, timeline, and performance objectives, essential for thriving in an International context and challenging environment.

Your Profile & Skills

You :

- hold an engineering degree or a Master's in electronics, computer science, or eventually mechanical engineering.

- have 5 to 10 years of experience in electronic product design and project management.

- understand multidisciplinary topics (electronics, mechanics, software, etc.) within a hardware-focused environment.

- have good knowledge of AFAS and PCI constraints, as well as IK, IP, and VK resistance standards applicable to environments with strong environmental and vandalism-related constraints

- are well-organized and recognized for your strong analytical skills.

- Have at least a B2 level in English

If you have an experience in the vending machine sector and/or ticketing readers is a significant advantage.
