Health And Safety Manager H/F Digital Realty

At Digital Realty, we are looking for a passionate Health and Safety Manager to help strengthen and promote a best-in-class safety culture across our data centers in Spain.

This role is key to ensuring the highest Health & Safety standards are implemented and maintained. You will work closely with local and international teams, contractors, customers, and external auditors. The position combines technical expertise, cross-functional coordination, and administrative support to the Health & Safety team.

Responsibilities

- Identify, analyze, assess, and help manage Health & Safety risks related to operations and construction interfaces.
- Support the deployment and management of the Health & Safety framework within the local organization in line with corporate strategy and guidelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement programs in Health & Safety.
- Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in and provide technical guidance for accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes.
- Prepare Health & Safety audits and reports in line with HQ requirements.
- Maintain relevant certifications as requested by the team.
- Support evidence gathering and track internal and external root cause investigations.
- Assist in implementing safe systems of work across countries.
- Ensure emergency response arrangements and procedures are in place and up to date.
- Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety team.

Qualifications

- Degree or formal training in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Health & Safety roles (data center, industrial, or construction environments preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local Health & Safety regulations.
- Experience with risk management, audits, and incident investigations.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional English level required (minimum B2/C1).
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
