Head Of Maintenance H/F IOTA GROUP

- Master's degree in Mechanical/Rotating, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering (or equivalent international qualification).
- Minimum 20 years of maintenance experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
- Minimum 10 years in senior maintenance leadership roles.
- Minimum 10 years in LNG producing plants (not LNG terminals).
- Proven experience managing large teams (150+ personnel).
- Strong expertise in:

- Industrial gas turbines (e.g., GE Frame 7, Siemens SGT800)
- Large rotating equipment (compressors, expanders, pumps)
- LNG loading systems and hydraulics
- Good knowledge of:

- Instrumented Safety Systems (SIS)
- Electrical safety standards including ATEX/Ex
- International codes and standards
- Experience with SAP or equivalent CMMS systems.
- Strong budget management experience (large OPEX/CAPEX).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Mozambique LNG is a strategic project - order of magnitude cost of $18 billion.
- Onshore facilities include 2 LNG trains (total of 13 mtpa), LNG and Condensate storage, Marine Facilities (Jetty and loading facilities), power generation system, Utilities and Early Site Infrastructure
- Onshore EPC contracts contract value is approximately $9 billion, including Construction at circa $4 billion.
- Site Personnel on Board is expected to peak at 15,000.
- The OSBL Field superintendent will support the Area manager on monitoring and oversight of the EPC Contractor in his scope and others works assigned to the team.
- OSBL superintendent mainly includes but not limited to the LNG plant but not limited to Utilities, pipeline, MEG, dom.

Duration: 1 year renewable contract

Location: MILAN then AFG in +/- 2 years
