Job Description

Mission:

The Executive Engagement Senior Manager will be a key member of the global Executive positioning and influence team, which sits at the intersection of executive strategy, external influence and corporate communications and fulfils the mission of maximising the impact of Senior Executive voices and engagements, in line with our brand reputation, thought leadership and business objectives.

You will be leading the coordination and delivery of high-impact and transversal executive engagements by working across teams to ensure clarity of objectives, alignment of stakeholders and consistency of outcomes across speaking opportunities, thought leadership events and strategic C-level relationship management. As such, you will be directly and effectively contributing to maximise the impact of Senior Executive voices and engagements at highly strategic events and influence opportunities that grow our leading energy technology positioning.

This role is designed for an experienced professional who enjoys operating in complex environments, leading with influence and creating new opportunities to increase the strategic return of external executive engagements.

Responsibilities:

Executive engagement orchestration

- Develop and activate transversal Executive engagement programs that contributes to high-impact external executive positioning and though leadership plans, in close collaboration with respective support teams
- Lead end-to-end project management for globally relevant and strategic executive engagements, from opportunity pitching to validation, fielding and confirmation
- Advise on and help secure new and incoming executive engagements across events, influence groups and media platforms

Cross-functional coordination

- Work as a key coordinator for executive communications and chief of staff in identifying, planning and activating global executive positioning and influence opportunities
- Act on global initiatives, as central partner for and liaison between executive teams, media relations, event management and campaign teams
- Serve as a key advisor in designing high-quality C-level experiences, for executives at external forums as well as VIP customers and partners hosted by Schneider Electric

High-quality executive engagements

- Lead by example with the use of executive engagement frameworks, including KPI-based evaluations, as well as systematic engagement check lists and reporting
- Track engagement outcomes and capture insights to inform cross-functional decision-making, support future-planning and prioritisation

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications, events or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Evidenced experience in roles involving executive exposure, cross-functional coordination or complex stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of media relations, thought leadership, digital media and campaigns.
- Excellent relationship management and a proven ability to manage transversal initiatives without direct line of authority
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a highly collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working in high-paced contexts and matrix organizations
