Managing requirements changes and configuration
Contributing to the Requirements Management Engineers (RME) network
Supporting the application of Configuration Baseline Missions & Trade-Off processes
Maintaining requirements traceability from source requirements to supplier requirements
Leading change management efforts during the transition to DOORS Convergence, including creating educational materials, organizing information sessions, and conducting practical workshops
Providing regular reporting to sponsors and managers and adapting actions based on feedback and KPIs
Participating in the management of tool and process evolutions and capitalizing on lessons learned to improve change management practices

Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
