Internship - Financial Project Officer & Processes H/F CMA CGM

YOUR ROLE

The CMA CGM Group, a global player in maritime transport and logistics, places innovation, agility and continuous improvement at the heart of its priorities. Within the Finance Division, the Finance Projects & Processes department steers and supports the Group's financial transformation projects, in conjunction with the various business and geographical entities.

As an intern within the Enabling team of the Finance Projects & Process department, you will support various project managers and actively participate in the preparation, monitoring and deployment of cross-functional projects within the Group for the Finance teams.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

The position is a project management role related to process, organisational, tool and digitalisation optimisation. This may include tasks such as:

- General contribution to project management as required: preparing committees, leading workshops, writing reports, reporting to management.
- Focus on the implementation of new technological solutions, such as setting up an internal chatbot to answer users' questions about accounting and financial processes. Participation in the functional acceptance of the tools deployed.
- Participating in the documentation of financial processes, analysing gaps between the existing and target situations, and drafting procedures and guidelines for the network.
- Supporting change management: preparing training materials and internal communications, and facilitating the network.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

- Business school student (M1 or M2), specialising in project management or finance,
- Proficiency in file processing and presentations,
- Strong interest in finance, accounting, digital tools and process improvement,
- Interest in technological innovations and their practical application in the finance industry,
- Analytical mind, rigour, autonomy and attention to detail,
- Good interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork in an international environment,
- Proficiency in Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP tools (such as SAP, Oracle), Power BI or databases is a plus,
- Professional English essential (spoken and written).

Six-month internship starting in June 2026.
