YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Communications Project Manager on a permanent contract (CDI), within our Communications Department, based in Paris.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Contribute to the design and implementation of all events organized by the Group (seminars, thematic conferences, inaugurations, participation in trade shows and congresses), both in France and internationally, in coordination with local teams.
- Lead the design, development, and execution of communication projects at every stage (project management, planning, logistics, production, and content creation).
- Effectively coordinate internal teams while collaborating with external partners, particularly communication agencies.
- Work closely with the various divisions of the Communications Department (press relations, internal communications, digital communications, CSR communications, international communications), as well as with department heads at headquarters, regional offices, and international subsidiaries to ensure the successful delivery of Group projects.
- Draft a variety of content, including communication plans and video scripts.

WHO ARE WEE LOOKING FOR ?

- Master's degree (Master II or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or Project Management.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in a communications agency specialized in managing large-scale projects (executive conferences, leadership forums, inauguration events, product launches, etc.) or in an event agency.
- Experience in a communications agency is particularly valued.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Strong ability to prioritize requests and demonstrate high responsiveness to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
