Activity 1: Procurement Support and Scope Definition

- SoW preparation: Prepare, redact, and maintain technical scopes of work for offshore temporary and permanent systems required during offshore construction activities, including but not limited to gensets, temporary power, and auxiliary offshore equipment. Define technical requirements, operational constraints, interfaces, and performance criteria aligned with project specifications and offshore standards.
- Procurement Support: Support the procurement department during the tendering phase, including clarification of technical requirements, participation in bidder meetings, and responses to technical queries.
- Review and assess technical bids for offshore-related packages, identifying interface risks and compliance gaps. Provide technical recommendations to support contractor selection.

Activity 2A: Offshore Interface Management

- Interface Identification & Coordination: Identify, document, and manage interfaces between offshore packages (e.g. WTGs, cables, foundations, OSS, marine operations, temporary systems such as gensets). Ensure alignment of scopes, responsibilities, and schedules across contractors and packages.
- Change & Risk Management: Support identification and mitigation of interface-related risks, changes, and constraints impacting offshore execution.
- Client Representative Management: Coordinate and support Client offshore representatives, ensuring alignment with project processes, reporting requirements, and offshore protocols.Act as focal point for contracts topics between Client representatives and Project.

Activity 2A: Onshore Interface Management

- Interface Identification & Coordination: Identify, document, and manage onshore interfaces between offshore packages, mainly with WTG and its contractors. Specifically gensets logistics, which include storage, delivery to Marshalling Harbour, loading on Installation vessel, refuelling activities (via trucks and tanks) and coordination of CTV. This service will require, at least, occasional presence on site at the ports of operation of the genset company.
- Change & Risk Management: Support identification and mitigation of interface-related risks, changes, and constraints impacting offshore execution.
- Client Representative Management: Coordinate and support Client Representatives, ensuring alignment with project processes, reporting requirements, and protocols.

Activity 3: Engineering Review and Method Statements

- Engineering Documentation Review: Review contractor engineering deliverables related to offshore execution, including layouts, procedures, temporary works, power generation systems (including gensets), and interface documents. Ensure compliance with project specifications, offshore standards, and HSE requirements.
- Method Statements & Risk Assessments: Review, coordinate, and validate offshore method statements, risk assessments, and operational procedures across packages, ensuring interface consistency. Ensure interface aspects are clearly addressed in contractor documentation.

Activity 4: Offshore Operations Follow-up

- Offshore Coordination: Follow up offshore construction and installation activities, ensuring coordination between contractors, Client representatives, and project teams.Support daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and Permit to Work processes when required.
- HSE & Operational Compliance: Ensure offshore activities comply with project HSE requirements, approved documentation, and agreed interfaces.
- Genset Coordination: Coordinate offshore genset-related activities, including installation, operation, performance follow-up, and demobilization, in coordination with relevant contractors.
- Issue resolutions: Support resolution of technical, quality, interface, or operational issues offshore, escalating when necessary.

Activity 5: Reporting and Documentation

- Prepare regular reports covering offshore progress, interface status, and key risks.
- Maintain interface registers, action logs, and decision records.
- Contribute to offshore lessons learned and project close-out documentation.

Activity 6: Qualifications and Training

- Offshore Medical certificate
- Basic GWO training
- OSS Escape chute training
- Electrical certification H0-B0
