Optimization Radio Engineer - Senior H/F Approach People Recruitment

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Radio Optimization Engineer to join growing & dynamic company in the telecommunications.

You will play a critical role in enhancing and optimizing radio networks, ensuring superior network performance and coverage.

With your expertise, you will lead the optimization of mobile networks, perform advanced drive test analysis, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver top-tier results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the optimization of radio networks for enhanced coverage, capacity, and quality.
- Analyze drive test data (TEMS, XCAL, etc.) and generate actionable insights.
- Perform advanced mobility trials and troubleshoot radio performance issues.
- Design and implement network optimization strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to integrate new technologies and improve network performance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in radio network optimization (2G/3G/4G/5G).
- Extensive experience working with Huawei equipment and technologies.
- Strong proficiency with TEMS, XCAL, or similar drive test tools.
- Solid understanding of radio access technologies (RAN, LTE, 5G, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and lead optimization projects.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
