Les missions du poste
Key Responsibilities - Lead and optimize Supply Chain and Procurement performance across international sites
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean manufacturing, operational excellence, KPI governance)
- Lead and deploy Industry 4.0 and digital transformation projects (process digitalization, data-driven decision-making, tools and systems)
- Manage and develop cross-functional and cross-site teams (US / Europe)
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance and Executive Management to align industrial strategy and execution
- Secure supplier performance, cost optimization, resilience and risk management
Le profil recherché
- Strong background in industrial operations, continuous improvement and digital transformation
- Comfortable operating in international, multi-site organizations
- Pragmatic, structured, and results-driven, with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative and hands-on management style
- Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage

You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while supporting the company's long-term growth and industrial roadmap.
