Main Responsibilities
As a Manager Consultant in our Zurich office, you will be at the intersection of strategy consulting and data/AI innovation. You will:

- Strategy Development: Work with client leadership teams to address high-stakes questions: How can AI reshape our business model? How should wegovern and organize for data? Which strategic programs deliver the mostimpact?
- Structured Problem-Solving: Break down complex challenges into clear,actionable recommendations, using frameworks and methodologies rooted inclassic strategy consulting, enriched by Artefact's data and AI expertise.
- Project Delivery: Support engagements end-to-end, from hypothesis framingand market/competitor analysis to client workshops, governance design, andimplementation roadmaps.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders and businessunit leaders. You'll build trusted relationships, communicate recommendationswith clarity, and ensure strategic alignment.
- Knowledge & Practice Building: Contribute to the growth of Artefact's Zurichoffice by shaping new offerings, creating intellectual capital (frameworks, thoughtpieces, benchmarks), and participating in business development.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an ambitious, analytically minded talent who is passionate aboutleveraging data and AI to solve business problems. The ideal candidate meets severalof the following qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's and Master's degree (preferred) in Business,Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related field. An excellentacademic track record is highly valued.
- Work Experience: Approximately 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field. This could include internships or full-time work in strategy consulting, data/digital consulting, or business analyst roles.
- Business & Data Acumen: A dual affinity for business and technology. Youenjoy solving complex problems and can approach challenges in a structured,strategic way.
- Knowledge of data and digital technologies (e.g. analytics, AI, machinelearning concepts, digital marketing, cloud platforms) is expected - you don'tneed to be a programmer, but you should be tech-savvy and eager to deepenyour understanding of the data/AI domain.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills,with an ability to draw insights from data. You have an analytical mindset and arecomfortable handling data-driven analysis to support decision making.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal. You can present complex ideas clearly and can adapt yourmessage to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience creatingimpactful presentations or reports is a must. You also enjoy workingcollaboratively in teams and liaising with clients.
- Languages: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) ismandatory; French is a strong plus.
- Work Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in Switzerland.
