Role Purpose
The Prestige Portfolio Planning Manager plays a key role in shaping and driving the global Prestige strategy. The role contributes to defining where to play and how to win, operationalizing strategy across markets, and tracking performance to deliver topline growth while reinforcing Prestige brands' equity.
Key Accountabilities
1. Prestige Portfolio Strategic Planning
Design and continuously refine the transversal Prestige portfolio strategy, defining clear Where to play priorities
Identify untapped growth opportunities, and tactical initiatives in close collaboration with the BU Business Strategy team
Act as key point of contact for Group Prestige Strategic Plan inputs
2. Strategy Operationalization & Business Development
Support markets in translating strategy into action, framing the right models to drive business development and Route-to-Market acceleration
Develop and support business cases for specific initiatives (e.g. Perrier-Jouët Gastro Plan, High Energy Plans)
Contribute to channel, portfolio, and format strategy definition in collaboration with Brand teams
3. Prestige+ Projects & Partnerships
Frame and support key Prestige+ strategic projects (e.g. Iconic Media Trail, Lighthouses, partnerships, Le Cercle) in collaboration with Markets and Prestige Activation teams
Provide strategic input on Prestige+ M&A opportunities and potential business cases with innovative partners
4. Performance, Budget & Effectiveness
Ensure effectiveness of Prestige initiatives
Support Prestige Activation teams on budget allocation and synchronization for Lighthouse programs and Iconic Media Trail
Monitor and track Prestige inflection, in collaboration with the BU Business Strategy team
5. Consumer Insights & Equity Tracking
Own the Prestige+ consumer insights approach and Prestige brand equity tracking
Work closely with the Prestige Consumer Insights Manager and external agencies
Translate insights into actionable business recommendations
Target Profile
Strong background in strategy, portfolio planning, or business development
Proven ability to operate cross-functionally in complex, matrix environments
Experience working with senior stakeholders and international markets
