Nous recherchons pour notre client, une banque de renommée internationale, un.e Manager Structured Finance et Syndication dans le cadre d'un recrutement en CDI.

The Vice President / Director - Structured Finance & Infrastructure is a key execution and origination support role within the Bank's Corporate & Structured Finance activities in France.

This position is intended for an experienced Vice President or early-stage Director, capable of independently running transactions under senior supervision, interacting directly with clients and sponsors, and navigating French and European credit and governance frameworks.

Origination & Client Coverage Support

- Work closely with the Head of Corporate Banking & FI and Relationship Managers to support the origination of
structured finance and infrastructure mandates in France and selected European jurisdictions.
- Contribute to the identification of financing opportunities in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, transport, utilities, and capital-intensive industries.

Transaction Structuring & Execution

- Take a central role in the structuring and execution of complex structured finance transactions
- Lead or significantly contribute to:
o Financial modelling, sensitivities, and scenario analysis
o Credit analysis and preparation of detailed credit memoranda
o Management of due diligence workstreams
- Negotiate term sheets and loan documentation with clients and external counsel, in line with French and European market standards.

Credit, Risk & Governance:

- Prepare and present transactions to internal Credit Committees and Risk Committees, in accordance with the Bank's policies.
- Ensure compliance with French and European regulatory requirements
- Identify, assess, and mitigate key transaction risks

Market Expertise & Internal Contribution

- Maintain a strong understanding of French and European structured finance and infrastructure markets, including pricing, tenors, and structuring trends.
- Provide market intelligence to Relationship Managers and senior management to support client discussions.
- Contribute to internal initiatives related to product development, ESG integration, and process improvement.

Teamwork & Mentoring

- Act as a reliable execution reference point within the team, supporting analysts and associates on live transactions.
- Share best practices in modelling, credit writing, and deal execution.
- Contribute to a collaborative, disciplined, and high-quality execution culture.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Master's degree (Grande École, university, or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 6-9 years of experience in structured finance, project finance, or infrastructure finance within a french or european commercial or investment bank, a development bank, export credit agency or infrastructure-focused lender

Track Record: Proven success in closing complex syndication deals across various industries.

Investor Network: Strong connections with European and global investors (banks, insurance companies, ...)

Leadership: Effective team leader with strong influence and motivation skills.

Languages: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Work Style: Performs well under pressure, able to juggle multiple high-priority projects.
