Your responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Group Marketing and Communication Director, you will be responsible for supporting the development of the Group's 10 subsidiaries (Austria, Italy, UK, Sweeden, Finland, Denmark, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland) and supporting the development and coordination of our international global network, Valtus Alliance.

Main Responsibilities

- Providing operational support for commercial tools and brand materials.
- Designing and adapting templates and presentations according to business needs.
- Contributing, leading and coordinating major internal communications and events.
- Creating and updating the onboarding marketing and communication materials.
- Monitoring and coordinating the deployment of projects related to key marketing topics (rebrandings, global report etc.)
- Ensuring consistency in brand and communication elements across teams.
- Collaborating in the implementation of external communication, in alignment with all stakeholders, to ensure consistent brand image across all channels.
