JOB OFFER - SENIOR HANDS-ON SITE MANAGER / MULTI-SKILLED BUILDER
High-End Renovation & Construction - Bordeaux Region & Up to 200 km

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Site Manager / Multi-Skilled Builder to take responsibility for high-end renovation and construction projects for an international clientele.
This is a highly operational role, combining:
-end-to-end project management
-quoting and planning
-team leadership
-and hands-on technical execution on site
You will manage projects from quotation through to delivery, while remaining actively involved on site and accountable for quality, timelines, and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Full management of renovation and construction projects (from preparation to handover)
-Preparing and managing quotations, schedules, and site planning
-Managing deadlines, quality standards, safety compliance, and site organisation
-Coordinating and supervising trades and subcontractors
-Leading, supervising, and mentoring on-site teams, including younger or less experienced staff, particularly on larger projects
-Maintaining a strong and consistent on-site presence
-Hands-on execution of works when required, with strong technical competence in:
omulti-trade renovation and construction works
oplumbing
oelectrical works
ohigh-quality finishes
-Acting as the main interface with clients, suppliers, and internal operational teams
-Clear, structured reporting on progress, costs, and site issues

REQUIRED PROFILE
-Strong hands-on technical background - fully operational on site
-Able to manage projects, teams, and subcontractors, while remaining technically involved
-Experience managing teams on complex or larger-scale projects
-Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions independently
-Organised, reliable, and solution-oriented
-Valid driving licence

OFFRE D'EMPLOI - CHEF DE CHANTIER SENIOR / RESPONSABLE TRAVAUX TCE
Rénovation & Construction haut de gamme - Bordeaux & rayon 200 km

Nous recherchons un Chef de chantier senior / Responsable travaux Tous Corps d'État (TCE) pour piloter des projets de rénovation et de construction haut de gamme, destinés à une clientèle internationale.
Il s'agit d'un poste très opérationnel, combinant :
-gestion complète de projets
-chiffrage et préparation des travaux
-encadrement d'équipes
-intervention technique directe sur chantier
Vous êtes responsable des projets de la phase devis jusqu'à la livraison, avec une présence terrain forte et continue.

VOS MISSIONS
-Gestion complète de chantiers de rénovation et de construction (TCE)
-Élaboration des devis, plannings et organisation des travaux
-Pilotage des délais, de la qualité, de la sécurité et de la conformité des chantiers
-Coordination et supervision des corps d'état et sous-traitants
-Encadrement et accompagnement des équipes sur site, y compris des profils plus jeunes ou moins expérimentés, notamment sur des projets de plus grande envergure
-Présence active et régulière sur les chantiers
-Réalisation de travaux en direct lorsque nécessaire, avec une maîtrise technique confirmée en :
otravaux TCE / rénovation multi-corps d'état
oplomberie
oélectricité
ofinitions haut de gamme
-Interface avec les clients, fournisseurs et équipes internes
-Reporting clair et structuré auprès de la direction (avancement, coûts, problématiques)

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
-Profil terrain, autonome et pleinement opérationnel techniquement
-Capacité à gérer des projets, encadrer des équipes et intervenir sur chantier
-Expérience dans la gestion d'équipes et de chantiers complexes
-Capacité à prendre des décisions et à assumer des responsabilités
-Sens de l'organisation, fiabilité et esprit solution
-Permis B requis
