The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an apprentice for the restaurants starting september 2026.

Key Accountabilities:

- Set up the dining room and tables

- Participate in customer service under the supervision of your chef de rang,

- Ensure that the restaurant's procedures relating to the expected quality of service are applied.

- Good level of oral expression.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Discretion.
