Les missions du poste

Our Methods Department is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the foundation of our production data and processes. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student or young professional to support us in improving and harmonizing our Items Database, Bills of Material (BOMs), and Routings.

Your Main Tasks:

- Database maintenance: Analyze the current status of item data, clean and update entries (delete, add, or modify items).
- Bills of Material (BOM): Review existing BOMs, create new ones, and update existing structures.
- Routings: Check and complete missing routings, update and optimize existing ones.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and consistency within the ERP system.

Your Profile:

- First experience or solid understanding of databases and/or ERP systems.
- Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing flows.
- High self-initiative and strong self-organization skills.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Structured, precise, and reliable working style.

Your Background:

Students or graduates from the following (or related) fields are encouraged to apply:

- Industrial Engineering
- Production Engineering / Manufacturing Technology
- Business Administration with a focus on Production & Logistics
- Supply Chain Management
- Digital Industrial Management
- Or similar technical and business-oriented disciplines.
