The healthcare environment is undergoing a revolution driven by an explosion of data and the rise of complex therapeutics. At Servier, we are transforming our Global Medical and Patient Affairs (GMPA) department to become a value driver for our 2030 ambitions in Oncology, Neurology, and CMVD.

As the Medical Digital Lead, you will lead the charge in breaking down data silos and digitalizing the medical value chain to fuel medical knowledge for a greater patient impact.

Your Mission:

Powering Medical Impact, by orchestrating a coherent, unified digital and data-driven approach initiatives.

Your Innovative Projects:

You will own the execution of key initiatives within our five strategic pillars, digitalizing the Medical Affairs value chain:

- Insight-Driven Decision Making: Deploy the Augmented Medical Strategy Cockpit to enable rapid, data-backed decisions that shape winning strategies.
- Data as a Competitive Asset: Structure our RWE and clinical data for long-term impact.
- Impactful Communication: Lead the Medical Content to automate medical writing and disseminate medical-proof content that counts.
- Smart Engagement Ecosystem: Enhance the digital engagement ecosystem to personalized medical contents and elevate medical impact.
- People & Adoption: Foster a "Digital, Data/AI Culture" through upskilling programs, ensuring our teams have the future-ready skills to thrive

You will contribute to several flagship initiatives:

- Medical and Patient Insight Management Platform: Create a comprehensive system for collecting and analyzing insights, enabling real-time decision-making.
- Omnichannel KOL Engagement Plan: Develop an integrated engagement plan to interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through digital tools.
- Augmented Medical Strategy Design Simulator: Create a tool that assists in designing and planning medical strategies based on data-driven projections.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Strategy Development: Design and implement an innovative digital roadmap focused on AI and patient engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on our digital initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to measure the impact of our initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of digitally skilled medical specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Business Expertise: Provide insights to ensure digital initiatives align with GMPA's strategic goals.

Long Description

Your Profile:

- Education: Advanced degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Health Informatics, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Digital Health or Data Science are a plus.
- Experience: 5-7 years in medical affairs or digital health, with a proven track record in leading digital transformation projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital tools, AI, and data analytics applied to medical affairs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and change management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to navigate complex challenges in digital transformation.
