Our Moxy Lisbon hotel has 136 rooms and 40 employees.

Joining the Moxy Lisbon it is joining Hively Hospitality, leader in hospitality and wellness, with 80 establishments in Europe operated under Accor or Marriott franchises, and our own brands such as Thalazur and Urban Hive.

As a GM, you will report to one of our Hively Operations Director and work with the Hively support teams.

Your mission as a General Manager :

- You manage all daily operational aspects of the hotel and its different sales points, in accordance with the vision of Hively Hospitality, the requirements of the Moxy brand and Marriott requirements, and local regulations, and in collaboration with the operations management and support team.
- You aim for (or exceed!) the qualitative and quantitative objectives set for this hotel
- You are a driving force for the development strategy and overall performance of the entire hotel and F&B activity

Le profil recherché

Your experience and profile :

- Language: Portuguese, English, French is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a GM position and ideally knowing Marriott scope and brands
- Strong background in hotel and F&B management with achieved profitability goals, while maintaining integrity and professionalism in your role.
- Strong experience in a lifestyle hotel and a great affinity with its codes.
- As a good leader, you demonstrate your commitment to the company's objectives through work ethics, integrity and respect for our values
- Leadership, strong ability to work independently, creative and entrepreneurial spirit
