Brand Partnerships Manager - Beauty & FMCG (Italy /Spain)

We're hiring a high-performing new business sales professional to drive partnerships with leading beauty and FMCG brands across Italy and Spain.

This is a pure hunter role, focused on building pipeline, winning enterprise-level clients, and closing complex, high-value deals. You'll work with senior stakeholders, develop long-term brand relationships, and hand over won business to dedicated account teams for delivery and growth.

What you'll be doing

- Prospecting and winning new brand partnerships across beauty & FMCG
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Leading pitches, negotiations, and deal closure
- Developing senior-level relationships within large brand groups
- Representing the business at relevant industry events

What we're looking for

- Proven new business sales experience in B2B (mid-size to enterprise accounts)
- Experience selling into beauty, FMCG, tech, media or marketing platforms
- Fluent Italian (English required; French & Spanish a plus)
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable working autonomously with ambitious revenue targets

Location
France-based (Paris preferred), with a flexible working setup (2 days in the office)
