T2 - Bpo Demand Planning H/F Pernod Ricard

The Demand Planning Business Process Owner is a subject matter expert on the Demand Planning part of the S&OP process covering all Pernod Ricard Market companies.

Your key missions:

- Accountable of the Demand planning target processes across all Markets (2 levels of process: G18 priority markets and other markets), ensuring alignment with other key business process (e.g., RF, innovation process)
- Owns the Demand planning process standardization (continuous improvement logic) by supervising transformation efforts involving processes, people, tools and data (in close collaboration with Transformation experts)
- Coordinates target process design with other Pernod Ricard transformations (e.g., LEAP, T2 and E2E Planning), including impact assessment on all dimensions
- Identifies, formalizes and shares best practices from leading FMCG and Pernod Ricard on Demand planning scope, and animates the community of local Demand planning Managers and S&OP leaders and global transformation experts (from Center of Excellence)
- Responsible of Demand Planner new capabilities / up-skilling across all Markets (competencies plan), aligned with processes and tools evolution
- Monitors monthly Demand planning main KPIs (Forecast accuracy and Bias) for all Markets and supports deviations root cause analysis and reporting to Pernod Ricard Excom
- Tracks the full and proper adoption of existing and future systems covering Demand Planning processes
- Uses with proficiency SAP Signavio to map Demand Planning processes at Country, ME and Global level following the standard BPMN 2.0 methodology across L1 to L6 levels

- You have +8 years' Procurement experience in Events, Activation, Sponsorships projects negotiations
- You have experience of sourcing processes and methodologies, analytics and cost models.
- You are experienced in analyzing spend, needs, KPI and building/realization of category strategy in an autonomous position
- You are fluent in English and french

- Systems expertise (SAP, Anaplan DP, SAP Signavio)
- Scenario planning in Kinaxis Maestro
- Data analytics for capacity and performance
